Community Leaders

How you or your organization can help

"Three Cups of Tea" by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin is the selection for Princeton Reads 2009, a community-wide reading program that encourages everyone to read a selected book and to participate in discussions and events centered on that book. Greg Mortenson with Sitara

The library's first Princeton Reads program took place in 2003 when thousands of people in the Princeton community read and discussed Chang-Rae Lee's "Native Speaker." Please join us in celebrating Greg Mortenson’s unique story of determination and good will by attending Princeton Reads programs through October and picking up a copy of "Three Cups of Tea" at your local library.

Nobel Peace Prize nominee and author of "Three Cups of Tea," Greg Mortenson will be appearing on October 23rd, 2009 at 6:30pm at Nassau Presbyterian Church. Please note that this event is sold out.

Please join us by sharing "Three Cups of Tea."

Check our catalog to find a copy of the original, audio, spanish, young adult, or picture book editions of "Three Cups of Tea."
